Terms of Service

Shark Radar is an analytics and research service. It aggregates publicly available, on-chain Polymarket trading data, scores wallets on their historical performance, and lets you follow selected wallets and receive notifications about their publicly visible activity. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and our disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Shark Radar is an independent research tool. It is not a broker, an exchange, a gambling operator, an investment adviser, or a payment service. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide investment advice, and it is not affiliated with Polymarket.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for making sure that using Shark Radar — and anything you choose to do on any third-party trading venue — is lawful where you live. The service is provided for your personal, non-commercial research use.

You need an account for most features. Keep your login method secure; everything done through your account is your responsibility. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent plan limits.

The free tier is free. Paid plans are billed as a recurring subscription through our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction and handles payment details and applicable taxes. We never see or store your card number.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and features revert to the free tier afterwards. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, payments already made are non-refundable — if something went wrong, contact support@sharkradar.app and we will look at it case by case. We may change plan prices or limits; changes to a paid plan take effect at your next renewal, with notice before they apply.

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute the service's data, scores, or alerts;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or access it by any automated means other than interfaces we provide;
• share one account across multiple people, or circumvent plan limits;
• use the service to harass, dox, or impersonate any wallet owner or person;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

The service, its scoring model, design, and content (other than the underlying public blockchain data) are ours. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Nothing on Shark Radar is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Scores and alerts describe the past behaviour of public wallets; they predict nothing. Any decision you take based on the service is yours alone. Read the full disclaimer — it is part of these terms.

The service, including alert delivery, is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We depend on third-party data sources and delivery platforms that can change or fail without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service; if we discontinue a paid feature you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of funds, lost opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including losses from trading decisions, missed or delayed alerts, or data errors.

You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shark Radar operates, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction — without limiting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@sharkradar.app.
